This new building located at the Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, Mississippi  is designed to efficiently consolidate transactional and administrative activities that were previously performed at multiple sites across the country.   This 135,000 square foot building aspires to be the central administrative headquarters for the entire NASA program.  An interior atrium serves as a central lobby and is flanked by exterior atria that provide a natural source of light and exterior views to the core of the building.  This $32 million project is targeted for  LEED Silver-Level Certification and adheres to the strict set of energy and water saving criteria set by the U.S. Green Building Council.  AAG provided preliminary  design services and  served as the Owner’s representative on this design-build project.
